What do we use?

We often get the question on what sports nutritional products that we use for training and competitions. Up until about 18 months ago, that list would have consisted of whatever sponsor we had at a particular time or what we got free from sports expos and conferences! We had tried a plethora of sports drinks and products with mixed results. Most of the time frustrated not knowing if we were truly getting what we needed from the products. We wanted products that were natural, pure and had the science to back up what they offered. SO when we found Shaklee we were excited to find a company that had the things we were looking for. And then when we started to use the products and see what a difference they made we were thrilled and that is why we are now distributors for Shaklee and fully recommend them to EVERYONE!

Here is the list of what we take on a daily basis:

  • Osteomatrix- calcium and magnesium are critical for healthy bones, especially in women, whom 90% are deficient in calcium!
