The next Big Bear’s Biggest Loser is planned for January 2009.
We’re making a few changes to the program after seeing what worked well and what was a challenge. Here’s some of the changes we’re planning on:
- Limit enrollment so there are smaller, more personal groups
- Organize more group walks, hikes, and other outdoor cardio
- Increase the number of weekly workouts
