How did the last program lose 704 pounds, or about 20 pounds per person in 12 weeks?
The fundamentals haven’t changed. Eat several smaller meals throughout the day instead of a few big ones late in the day. Eat higher quality foods, and replace fatty, sweet and salty junk food with fruits and vegetables.
We learned these things together in our classroom session and then drilled them into memory with homework like finding a new recipe, researching nutrition facts from your favorite restaurant, and bringing in a food label to tell the team it’s pros and cons.
Then, of course, the other “E” word has got to get in there too. Yes, Exercise. And don’t skimp.

The Magic is simply doing it long enough to make a difference, and that’s where the group comes in. Weeks down the road, you’ve had built-in motivation and are still going strong. Nobody wants to be the one that didn’t workout, the one that didn’t eat their vegetables, so everybody finds a way to do it.
