In this training program you will…

  • Meet with your coach to set realistic goals at the start of your program
  • Receive a periodized personalized mileage/workout schedule
  • Also receive instruction in a personalized 3-phase CORE strengthening program to compliment your primary efforts. You can do this at home or at your gym*
  • Schedule weekly phone meetings to review progress and get feedback on your training
  • Schedule once-a-month in-person meetings to review goals and adapt your training
  • Have unlimited email contact with your coach so you’re never in the dark when you have questions

*If your gym does not grant Power My Health permission to come and instruct you in your program, then you are responsible for buying a daily pass so we can come and “work out together”.
