In this training program you will…
- Meet with your coach to set realistic goals at the start of your program
- Receive a periodized personalized mileage schedule
- Also receive instruction in a personalized 3-phase CORE strengthening program to compliment your running. You can do this at home or at your gym*
- Schedule weekly phone meetings to review progress and get feedback on your training
- Schedule once-a-month in-person meetings to review goals and adapt your training
- Have unlimited email contact with your coach so you’re never in the dark when you have questions
*If your gym does not grant Power My Health permission to come and instruct you in your program, then you are responsible for buying a daily pass so we can come and “work out together”.
Plus, you’ll get the option to participate in weekly group workouts and runs with the “training team” as well as access to a 3-part conference call series on preparing for the Big Bear Marathon race day.
