The results and effect of taking any products will vary by individual and every individual should consult with their physician before taking any health supplement products and if any health concern or condition arises.

All orders placed on powerMYhealth.com are subject to the foregoing terms and conditions. powerMYhealth, LLC will not be made a party to any proceeding involving any of the foregoing and if joined will be indemnified by any individual making any claim to the contrary.

Order Acceptance and Shipping Terms and Conditions

All orders placed on powerMYhealth.com are subject to acceptance by powerMYhealth and product availability. Orders will be filled on a first come first served basis. If any items become out of stock powerMYhealth backorders will be filled on this same basis. powerMYhealth endeavors to post when items are out of stock and will refund any orders which cannot be filled within 30 days on request of the customer.

powerMYhealth endeavors to fill and ship orders for delivery within 3-5 business days; however, this is not a condition of the sale and delivery times will vary by location of the customer and will also depend on the carrier.

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS ground or other recognized delivery service selected at the option of powerMYhealth. In the event of damaged or lost shipments powerMYhealth may at its option ship replacement goods, refund the purchase price or file a claim for reimbursement with the carrier on behalf of itself and the customer, and upon receipt provide the refund to the customer.

Returns Terms and Conditions

powerMYhealth accepts returns only if your order is improperly filled by us or for damaged goods as provided in Order Acceptance and Shipping - Terms and Conditions. If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product or the results or benefits of any product they should contact the product manufacturer.

If goods are returnable, you must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 14 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
